- Automated Raman microspectroscopy station for label-free, non-destructive monitoring of storage compounds and pigments in living photosynthetic cells.
- Dual-laser excitation at 532 nm and 785 nm for flexible, fluorescence-tolerant Raman acquisition across sample types.
- Motorized microscope head with 4×, 10×, 20× and 40× objectives on an automated turret for multi-scale sampling.
- Cooled CCD spectrograph with adjustable slit, binning and gain, controlled through the Andor SDK.
- Fully motorized sample handling with an automated drawer and XY stage for Petri dishes and microscope slides, plus focus and wavelength-selection axes.
- Machine-to-machine operation using measurement recipes, enabling closed-loop integration with robotic cultivation lines.
- Two operating modes: unattended automated and manual measurement for individual users.
